Description: Plaintiff was leaving her girlfriend's home in the Bronx after a verbal argument while carrying a large backpack and a large duffle bag. Officers Gallagher, Edwards, Ramroop, Panartto, Osmanovic, and Williams of the 46th Precinct entered the residence and arrested the plaintiff for grand larceny for holding a debit card that they knew she legally possessed.
