Description: On or about March 22, 2016, defendants former NYPD officer John Zidek (Shield No. 10714), NYPD officer Ramon Rodriguez (Shield No. 13884) and unnamed NYPD officers approached plaintiffs inside a Bronx McDonalds with loaded firearms and wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed and seized them in an excessive manner, causing him physical and mental injuries. Plaintiffs were taken into custody and charged with various crimes on the basis of false information provided to the Bronx DA by defendant Zidek. All charges (against both plaintiffs) were dismissed on or about September 28, 2016.
