Description: On January 11, 2020, Plaintiff was driving in Kings County, New York. Defendant NYPD officers—including Officers Hui and Hernandez—pulled over Plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff produced his license and registration. The officers ordered Plaintiff and his passenger to step out of the vehicle. Plaintiff activated his phone camera and left the phone inside his vehicle. The defendant officers searched Plaintiff’s vehicle, without Plaintiff’s consent and over his objection.
