Description: An individual told officer that Plaintiff allegedly burglarized Jersey City PCS and New York PCS by entering store premises and taking about $6,000 and stealing phones. The NYPD and DA failed to adequately investigate these claims. Plaintiff was charged with Burglary and Grand Larceny in the Third Degree and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Defendant Michael Morales, harassed and threatened Plaintiff's family with deportation, among other threats, in order to locate Plaintiff. The charges against her were eventually dismissed
