Description: On or about August 13, 2012, Plaintiff's mother organzied a summer BBQ in the courtyard of their apartment complex in 5903 Glenwood Road in Brooklyn. 30 people attended the BBQ and they enjoyed good food and company. At approximately 9 pm Shilevia Shaw who lived in the apartment approached Plaintiff's mother and screamed at her in an aggressive manner. Description: Plaintiff was pulled over by Defendant Officer Depalma who accused him of driving with a suspended license even though the license had been restored. Plaintiff was arrested, taken into custody, and his case was dismissed. The same incident happened two weeks later with Defendant officer Corrado and as a result, Plaintiff had to plead guilty to a Violation of Probation. In another unrelated incident, Plaintiff's car was seized by Defendant Officer Spatz as evidence in a shooting and has yet to be returned.

They went into the basement where an illegal lottery numbers business was being run. One of the men stayed by the exit while the other grabbed a patron and held her at gunpoint on the floor. The other man went through the operator's pockets, took his cellphone and cash, and asked where the rest of the money was.
