Description: On March 20, 2013, plaintiff's girlfriend and 7-year-old son boarded an MTA bus at the University Avenue and Fordham Road bus stop. While on the bus, plaintiff's girlfriend was assaulted by two teenage girls, causing her to suffer physical injuries including, but not limited to, bruising all over her face.
