Complaint
Description: On July 1, 2020, plaintiff Carl Hereford, was stopped by unidentified police officers while socializing with friends, all of whom are Black or Hispanic, the plaintiff himself being Black. The plaintiff was handcuffed, arrested and searched. Handcuffs injured plaintiff's wrists. Detective Cohen signed a felony complaint against the plaintiff containing false statements. Finally all charges were dismissed.
