Description: On October 21, 2021, Defendant Officers, including Lopez-Capellan and Spinola, approached Plaintiff with outstretched limbs immediately before forcefully grabbing and holding Plaintiff’s arms and body. Defendants then illegally seized, detained, and questioned Plaintiff regarding criminal activity without probable cause. Defendants unlawfully searched Plaintiff’s person and possessions, before violently contorting Plaintiff’s arms behind her back and handcuffing her in an excessively tight manner.
