Description: On September 2, 2012, at approximately 3:20 p.m., plaintiff was arrested by NYPD officers after objecting to their use of unreasonable force on her husband at 1050 Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn. Officers hit plaintiff in the head with a police radio, dragged her, and handcuffed her excessively tight. At the 81st Precinct, officers falsely charged plaintiff with committing various crimes and denied her requests for medical care. Plaintiff was eventually taken to Brooklyn Central Booking, where she requested medical treatment and was taken to Woodhull Hospital on September 3, 2012.
