Description: On June 22, 2023, Plaintiff Donna Gantt was in the 75th Precinct in Kings County, inquiring why Plaintiff Inger Battle's boyfriend had been arrested. Defendants Elijah Mitchell (Badge #2201), Javier Mora (Badge #16395), and three John Doe officers ignored her questions. Instead, they attacked Gantt, pushing her to the ground and then dragging her to a separate room where she was cuffed and left lying on the floor. Because of the injuries defendants' treatment caused, Gantt asked to be taken to the hospital. She was taken to the hospital, and then transferred back to the 75th Precinct.
