Description: On January 9, 2013, POs Jose Santiago, Derrick Lambert, and John Doe (in an unmarked police car) pulled over the Plaintiff, forced him out of the car, and immediately handcuffed him. Plaintiff asked the POs what was going on, and the POs responded that they'd been looking for him. Without any Miranda warnings, the POs placed Plaintiff in the back of the police vehicle and kept him in handcuffs for two hours while they continued to patrol the neighborhood. After two hours, POs took Plaintiff to the precinct and charged him with (1) Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (crack cocaine) and (2) Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
