Description: On May 30, 2020, Plaintiff Dennis Williford, a TV producer, was taking photographs and documenting the George Floyd protests taking place at Barclays Center, Brooklyn, when Defendant Officers gave orders to the crowd of protesters to disperse around 11:00 PM. As protesters began to disperse, Plaintiff was tackled by Defendant police officers Abdel Bryson and John/Jane Does 1-10, injuring Plaintiff's leg and breaking his 2 cameras in the process. Plaintiff was pinned to the ground, restrained with extremely tight metal cuffs, searched (no contraband found), and then transported to 1 Police Plaza, where Plaintiff's mask was taken from him and he was placed in a cell with approximately 50 other people.
