Description: On March 23, 2017, Plaintiff was a lawful pedestrian when assaulted by a man and forced to defend himself. Defendants assaulted, accosted, confined, unduly restrained, falsely arrested, falsely imprisoned, and wrongfully prosecuted Plaintiff. On September 11, 2017, all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed. As a result, Plaintiff suffered and continues to suffer severe mental anguish, humiliation, shame, emotional distress, and change of reputation.
