Description: On September 3 2022, the Plaintiff was assaulted by nightclub security staff and went outside to report the matter to NYPD Officer Walsh, Farley, Lopez, and O'Brien. The Officers lost interest, and after the Plaintiff asked questions, proceeded to handcuff him with excessively tight handcuffs and placed him under arrest despite any probable cause. All requests to loosen the handcuffs were ignored. The Plaintiff was illegally detained for three hours before being released.
