Description: On December 16, 2020 at approximately 6AM, PO Tiffany Martinez, Eric Delman, Patrick Craig, and other officers including Cuoco, Isabelle, Patel, Albarracin, Perico, Feely, Gale, Abrams, Garcia, Seery, Avent, Valentin, Barry, Malone, Boehm, and Fagan illegally entered the Plaintiff's home without a warrant. They demanded the plaintiff to get on the ground and dragged them out from underneath his bed. Description: On May 23, 2019, Defendant NYPD Officers executed a no-knock warrant by breaking down the front door of Plaintiff's home with a battering ram. Defendant Officers entered the home with guns drawn, entered Plaintiff's bedroom and pointed the guns at Plaintiffs and their children and ordered them to 'get down.' Description: On December 21, 2018, Officer Avent and others stormed Plaintiff Hayward's home, where she and Plaintiff Paige were, and arrested them at gunpoint without probable cause. Plaintiffs were transported to a precinct and held for hours before being sent to central booking and held longer. Officer Avent knowingly made false allegations against the plaintiffs and fabricated evidence for the DA's office. The charges against both plaintiffs were eventually dismissed. The city was aware of inadequate supervision over officer misconduct but failed to correct it.
