Description: On November 13, 2011, Plaintiffs who were musicians at a local club were leaving the club when they were stopped for no apparent reason by defendant police officers Nuzio and Nuziato. The officers asked plaintiffs, who were both African American, what they were doing in the neighborhood so late.
