Description: On May 21, 2021, the Plaintiff was illegally targeted, because of his race, religion, national origin or other improper characteristics by NYPD Defendants Quatrale, Bernard, Walter and ten unnamed NYPD officers (Jane/John Doe 1-10). The Plaintiff was lawfully present in the vicinity of 41 Richman Plaza in the Bronx when the Defendants approached the Plaintiff, and without identifying themselves, slammed him against a wall. Description: On October 5, 2018, near 1760 Andrews Avenue, defendant police officers Quatrale, Pichardo and two other unnamed officers, without warrant or cause, stopped, searched, questioned and arrested the plaintiffs who were seated in a parked vehicle. The plaintiffs were strip searched while at custody. The defendant officers falsely claimed that the plaintiffs were in possession of lit marijuana cigarette. All charges against the plaintiffs ultimately dismissed.
