Description: On September 17, 2013, plaintiff came to Zuccotti Park to celebrate the two year anniversary of Occupy Wall Street. The plaintiff gave a presentation with a microphone to people in the park, and was approached by NYPD Captain Mark Iocco, who asked her if she had a permit for sound. Plaintiff had been denied a permit for amplified sound earlier in the day. Plaintiff alleges that there were large numbers of police at Zuccotti Park which constituted an attempt to intimidate, and plaintiff alleges such intent to intimidate is abuse of process.
