Complaint
Description: On July 17, 2023, plaintiff was at home. Her neighbors were renovating their home, and were conducting loud construction work from 8 AM until 7 PM. Plaintiff went outside and asked them to stop, when the neighbors threatened her and said they would call police on her. Plaintiff then returned to her home. Defendant NYPD officers John Falzarano, Christopher Ng, and Ryan Stam all arrived at the scene shortly thereafter. When plaintiff stepped out to meet them, defendants arrested her on charges of trespass, harassment, and disorderly conduct, based solely on the unsubstantiated claims of her neighbors. Plaintiff was transported to the 122nd Precinct, where she was under the supervision of Defendant NYPD Officer...
