Description: On or about January 8, 2013, Defendant Police Officers Jason Kanner, M. Qureshi, and John Doe assaulted and battered Plaintiff by approaching with their firearms and other objects which they used to physically seize, strike, and/or restrain Plaintiff. Then, Defendant Police Officers Jason Kanner, M. Qureshi, and John Doe arrested Plaintiff and brought him to the 109th Precinct followed by Central Booking for charging and prosecution for crimes he did not commit. Plaintiff was held in custody for more than 24-48 hours before he was arraigned. Prosecution continued, with Defendant Police Officers Jason Kanner, M. Qureshi, and John Doe providing false and/or incomplete information to the District Attorney's office...
