Description: On June 2, 2020, at or about East 156th St., between its intersection with Elton Avenue and 3rd Avenue, Bronx County, the Plaintiff was approached, and assaulted and battered by P.O. Bhuiyan and P.O. John Does without probable cause. The aforesaid Defendant officers grabbed the Plaintiff, slammed him to the pavement, and forcefully placed the Plaintiff in handcuffs. While in handcuffs, the Plaintiff was punched in the face, beatened, and later pulled and pushed by the Defendant officers. The Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested without probable cause and brought to the Police Service Area 7. The Plaintiff was dragged inside the precinct, where he collapsed.
