Description: On April 16th, 2014, Plaintiff was in a subway station waiting for an MTA employee. For no reason, NYPD police officer Giuseppe Muriale grabbed her, shoved her against the wall, and arrested her for being disorderly. When she complained of tight handcuffs, the officer tightened them. She was taken to the precinct and falsely charged.
