Description: On February 18, 2017, at around 6:15a.m., plaintiff was sleeping inside of his apartment when defendant officers unlawfully forced their way into plaintiff’s apartment, as well as 6 other apartment units. They did not have valid search warrant or any legal justification to enter plaintiff’s apartment—they searched the apartment complex based on information provided by a Confidential Informant.
