Description: On or about April 3, 2013, Defendant NYPD officers approached Plaintiff with their firearms and/or various other objects which they used to physically seize, strike and/or restrain Plaintiff. Plaintiff was then unlawfully searched, and unlawfully arrested by the officers. The officers restrained Plaintiff, took him to custody, and charged him with various crimes that he was innocent of. Plaintiff was held in custody for more than 24 hours before he was released. Defendant Detective Nathaniel Tauber deliberately and maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff by filing a criminal complaint against Plaintiff.
