Specifically, the defendants fabricated allegations against the plaintiffs that they damaged the glass the front door to a Chase Bank a few blocks away. Description: On the morning of May 20, 2022 plaintiff was sitting in the passenger seat of a stationary motor vehicle when multiple NYPD officers attempted to arrest him without any probable cause. NYPD officers broke plaintiff's right rear passenger window and tased plaintiff. At the time of the taser deployment, the plaintiff did not present a risk/harm to any of the reporting officers nor was he in possession of a weapon. After being tased, the plaintiff exited the vehicle and was subsequently slammed to the ground, face first, by one or more police officers.
