Complaint
Description: On June 01, 2020, around 3:00 P.M., plaintiff Kristina Williams was in the vicinity of 591 Broadway New York when she was unlawfully stopped, battered, assaulted, seized, and falsely arrested. Police Officers battered Plaintiff and shoved her into a store in a violent fashion. Plaintiff was struck with police batons where she was hit in the head and body. Plaintiff was placed in tight handcuffs and taken to a NYPD Precinct she was illegally interrogated and transported against her will. Plaintiff was targeted because of her Hispanic or Latinx heritage.
