Description: On December 27, 2014 near 1360 Plimpton Ave, Bronx, NY, Plaintiff was lawfully walking upon a sidewalk when he observed unidentified individuals following him in vehicles. Being frightened, he entered 1360 Plimpton Ave, and into Apt 1F. Plaintiff closed the door but defendants followed Plaintiff and entered the apartment whereat plaintiff was detained and arrested. Defendants arrested plaintiff by making false accusations he was in possession of weapons. Defendants initiated and continued a prosecution of Plaintiff accusing him of Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Firearm.
