Description: On February 10, 2016, Plaintiff Serge Taluy was a visitor in the apartment located at 494 New Lots Avenue #2F in Brooklyn, NY when NYPD officers Det. DANILO MALDONADO (#03237), SGT LUTFI DALIPI, and five unidentified NYPD officers forced entry into the apartment without a warrant looking for an individual other than the Plaintiff.
