Description: On September 7, 2022, Cristian Toledo was lawfully in the area of 3750 Hudson Manor Terrace in Bronx County. Defendant officers unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, and falsely arrested Mr. Toledo without probable cause or any legal justification. The day before the relevant incident, two Defendant Officers claimed the child who was transported to the emergency room was a victim of opioid abuse. Ultimately, the medical staff were able to revive the girl and the toxicology reports showed there were no drugs in her system.
