Description: On September 4, 2012, Plaintiff finished working and was being driven home by her boyfriend when the police stopped the vehicle on the Henry Hudson Parkway. Two Officers, including Defendants Morgan Courgnaud and John Doe, approached the driver, who asked why he was stopped. Officer Courgnaud responded, "Don't ask me any fucking questions, just give me your ID," and he complied. Officer Courgnaud returned to the car, advised the driver that his license was suspended, and asked him to get out of the car.
