Description: On May 5, 2023, at approximately 6:45 p.m., in the vicinity of inside 677 West 204 Street, NY, defendants PO CAROSELLA, LANGAN, and others without legal justification or excuse approached the door to Plaintiff’s residence, knocked on the door, and stated they were present in response to a noise complaint. The Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s significant other communicated to Defendants that they did not require their assistance, that the allegations of criminal conduct against Plaintiff were false, and that said defendants should leave the vicinity of this complained-of-incident.
