Description: On June 12, 2021, Plaintiff was a passenger in the back seat of his friend’s vehicle when they were stopped by two police vehicles. Defendant Officers approached the vehicle, questioned those inside, and ordered everyone out of the vehicle without legal justification. Plaintiff had been recording the interaction with Defendant Officers, who confiscated his phone as a result.
