Description: On November 19, 2021, while the plaintiffs were present at a residence, defendants Police Officers Daniel Demarco, Brendan Mcmorrow, John and Jane Does 1-10 unlawfully entered the private property and conducted an illegal search of the premises without legal justification. Despite the plaintiffs not being in possession of any contraband or having committed any crime or violation of the law, the defendants arrested the plaintiffs using excessive force and transported them to the precinct. Subsequently, the plaintiffs were subjected to malicious prosecution.

Description: On or about July 5, 2021, Plaintiff observed police officer Jamel Watson and Watson's belongings on Plaintiff's car. When Plaintiff asked Watson to remove those belongings, Watson began a verbal argument with Plaintiff. A month later, detective McMorrow contacted Plaintiff about the incident with Watson, and on or around August 4, 2021, McMorrow arrested Plaintiff without justification, after which Plaintiff was held for hours a cell with other male prisoners and charged with Reckless Endangerment. Between August 24, 2021 and December 6, 2021, Plaintiff was forced to make numerous court appearances until all charges were dismissed in Plaintiff's favor.
