Description: On October 8, 2019, Plaintiff was a server at the Apple Tree Cafe, a Korean-style karaoke bar in Flushing, New York and was assigned to plain clothes officers Hyun Kim and Jung Kim. Defendant Officers drank and allowed their service pistols to be exposed. Defendant NYPD Officer Hyun Kim grabbed Plaintiff's hand and arm and forced her to feel his gun in his holster. Plaintiff asked whether Defendants were gang members and Defendants responded that they were police officers. Plaintiff attempted to leave the karaoke room but Defendant Hyun Kim forcibly pushed her down and prevented her from leaving.
