Description: On January 19, 2018, while lawfully present as a passenger on an F subway train stopped at the 63rd Street and Lexington Avenue station in New York, NY, the plaintiff was unlawfully approached, removed, and detained by defendants Joel Munoz and Charles Powell in an excessive manner without legal justification. Before the train stopped, the plaintiff had not been involved in any altercations or violated any laws. The defendants entered the train and ordered the plaintiff to get off without cause.
