Complaint
Description: On June 23, 2018, plaintiff was lawfully driving his vehicle in the vicinity of Boston Rd. and Bivonia Street, Bronx, when defendant police officers, without any probable cause or legal justification, stopped plaintiff's vehicle and wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed, and seized plaintiff in an excessive manner. At no time did plaintiff did anything illegal. Plaintiff was then arrested and imprisoned. During arraignment, plaintiff was falsely prosecuted with committing a crime, but all charges against plaintiff were later dismissed in plaintiff's favor. As a result of defendants' actions, plaintiff sustained physical injuries and emotional distress.
