Description: On June 21, 2012, Plaintiff observed police handcuffing his brother. When Plaintiff inquired into the circumstances, officers began to strike his brother with a baton. Plaintiff then attempted to intercede, but a number of officers surrounded Plaintiff and beat, stomped and kicked him, including with a baton to the face. Plaintiff was further beaten while en route to the 81st Precinct. There false paperwork was created accusing him of assaulting an officer and resisting arrest, among other charges.
