Description: On or about May 16, 2013 Plaintiff was sitting on the front stoop of her apartment building when PO Stephen McKenna and POs John Does approached and began questioning and intimidating Plaintiff. POs then grabbed Plaintiff and threw her to the sidewalk with great force, resulting in severe injuries. Plaintiff was then handcuffed. PO McKenna and others slammed Plaintiff onto a hood of a nearby car while she was handcuffed, causing further injuries. Plaintiff was taken to the 24th Precinct where her requests for medical treatment were ignored for approximately 12 hours.
