Complaint
Description: On June 1, 2020, at approximately 2:00 am, Plaintiff was a lawful pedestrian at the intersection of Wooster Street and Broome Street. Without justification or provocation and without a warrant, Defendants assaulted, confined, unduly restrained, falsely arrested and falsely imprisoned Plaintiff. Plaintiff was held at an NYPD facility for 15 hours. Plaintiff was treated at the hospital for his injuries which included fractured nose, fractured rib and multiple bruises about his head and body. On September 9, 2020, all chargers against Plaintiff were dismissed.
