Description: On October 19th, 2019, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Plaintiff Kenyatta Ellis was a passenger in a parked car located in the parking lot of the Walgreens location at 127-4 Guy R. Brewer Boulevard in Queen, NY when Defendants NYPD Police Officers Michael Matias and John Does #1-3 approached the vehicle. Defendants ordered the Plaintiff to exit the vehicle and later arrested and searched him despite having no probable cause or legal justification to do so. The defendants then brought Plaitniff to the NYPD 113th Precinct and later to Central Booking at the Queens County Criminal Court for arraignment.
