Description: On August 14, 2018, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Plaintiff was parking his vehicle when he was intentionally rammed into, head-on, by a large truck owned by the NYPD.
Then, a unidentified NYPD Officer who was operating NYPD VI ("V1 OFFICER") exited his vehicle, drew his weapon, and began approaching Plaintiff. After, Police Officer Detective John P. SYLVESTRE arrived in a different vehicle, and approached Plaintiff's vehicle with his weapon drawn. They reached over Plaintiff's lap to unlatch his seatbelt and and forcefully removed Plaintiff from the vehicle and slammed him to the pavement. The Officers did not command Plaintiff to exit the vehicle.

Description: On June 20, 2014, plaintiff was within his vehicle when a truck driven by defendant-NYPD officers, including officers DiMartino, John Sylvester, Kevin Sherman, approached. The defendants turned on their alarms, and jumped out of the truck. The defendants came towards the plaintiff with their guns drawn and ordered the plaintiff out of his vehicle. Description: On June 17, 2014, Plaintiff was injured in a motor vehicle accident in Kings County, New York. Plaintiff was thrown off his motorcycle and remained immobile after the accident at the scene. NYPD officers—including PO John Sylvestre, PO Michael DeGregorio, PO Bobby Mohip, PO Kevin Shepherd, Sgt.
