Description: On April 13, 2021, P.O. SHEEHAN, JOHN, and JANE arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff’s husband, Defendant DARSI, observed that Plaintiff was the victim of an unprovoked assault and had only taken justified and appropriate action in response to being assaulted. Despite Plaintiff informing P.O.s SHEEHAN, JOHN, and JANE that she did not commit the crime, P.O.s arrested Plaintiff without probable cause and falsely charged Plaintiff with Assault and harassment. Plaintiff was then placed into one of the cars at the scene and taken to the 104th Precinct. P.O. searched the Plaintiff’s person without her authority or permission. Officer Stephen Sheehan shot Plaintiff multiple times. Officer Liam Dale tased Plaintiff. Plaintiff was handcuffed and taken to the hospital.
