Description: On or about February 5, 2018, Plaintiff was lawfully driving in his vehicle when Defendant Officers James Fagan, Ronny Valdez, and John or Jane Doe 1-10 pulled him over and stopped him. Plaintiff was completely stopped at a stop sign, with his blinker activated, waiting to turn right when Defendant Officers stopped Plaintiff claiming that he was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and/or impaired by alcohol. Defendants unlawfully questioned Plaintiff and unlawfully searched and seized Plaintiff without consent, a warrant, or any other legal authority to do so.
