Description: On July 13, 2018, Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of 1144 Bergen Street, County of Kings, State of New York, when he was subjected to an unlawful stop, question, frisk, search, false arrest, false imprisonment, and denial of various federal constitutional rights by the defendant New York City police officers Christian Valenzuela, Shield No. 19271 and John and Jane Does Numbers 1-10. Plaintiff was leaving a gathering of when the defendant police officers arrived in unmarked vehicles and approached Plaintiff on foot as he awaited his cab. Description: On October 25, 2017, plaintiff was sitting in a Zipcar rented by a friend when defendant officers approached the car and ordered everyone to exit. Plaintiff was handcuffed and subjected to an illegal search. She was falsely arrested and charged with possession of a forged instrument, unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of marihuana. All charges were dismissed.
In November 2017, defendant police officers again illegally searched and then arrested plaintiff. Though defendant police officers all knew that plaintiff had not committed any offense, they still transported her to the precinct for processing. Ultimately, the prosecutors declined to prosecute.

Description: On April 23, 2014, Plaintiff was in his home with friends. He heard loud sirens outside and went to investigate with his friends. They saw defendant NYPD police officers Christia Valenzuela and others. When Plaintiff turned around to retrieve his friend's phone from his apartment, one of the officers grabbed his arms and pulled them back. The others then unlawfully handcuffed him and arrested him for no reason. He was placed in a holding cell with someone with a violent arrest history, who punched him and caused swelling in his face. The officers then made out false charges.
