Description: On December 1, 2012 at 10PM, the Plaintiffs, husband and wife Brenda and Stephen Johnson, were having dinner in their kitchen of their home. They heard a loud banging on the front door and moved to determine the cause. Before they could reach the front door, it was broken open and ten (10) unidentified officers entered. The defendants were dressed in "military-combat-like outfits and several were brandishing rifles. The first through the door had a large shield.
