Description: On March 3, 2023, Anthony and Regenia Hyman were lawfully in their home at 6:15 in the morning when multiple members of the NYPD entered their home. Anthony was recovering from cervical spinal fusion surgery, and was wearing a hard collar. Because she was still in her sleeping garments, Regenia's breasts and body were exposed when the NYPD entered her home.
