Description: On July 3, 2022, at approximately 9:00 a.m., at the building located at 161-88 99th Street Queens, New York, PO Defendants, including COUVARIS, and JOHN or JANE DOE 1-10 arrested plaintiff when the defendant officer violently grabbed Plaintiff and contorted Plaintiff’s arms behind her back in order to handcuff Defendants conducted an illegal search of Plaintiff’s person by rifling through his pockets and patting her down all over. Defendants took the plaintiff into custody and placed her under arresting alleging untruthfully that Plaintiff has committed an assault.
