Complaint
Description: On March 5th, 2014, Plaintiff Travis Villalobos was at his residence when saw saw NYPD Officers including Defendant Detective Jason Brunder enter his bedroom without a warrant. Plaintiff was asked to come outside where he was handcuffed, placed into an unmarked car. He was taken to the Precinct, and his DNA sample was collected. Plaintiff Villalobos was charged with several crimes. Despite knowledge of Defendant A.D.A. Lindsay Lieberman that the DNA was not a match, Plaintiff Villalobos was sent to Rikers Island for these crimes and not released for 45 days until he took a lie detector test. The charges were then dropped.
