Description: Defendant Officers were writing Plaintiff a parking ticket when he started recording the scene to show that he did not deserve one. Officers then assaulted him, took him to the 25th Precinct, and where more officers joined them in the parking lot and assaulted Plaintiff again. Description: On February 8, 2013, when the Plaintiff was purchasing a MetroCard from a subway kiosk, police officer Michael McCarthy aggressively approached the plaintiff. The plaintiff tried to leave the station to avoid trouble, but Officer Michael McCarthy pursued and apprehended the plaintiff and called backup, including but not limited to officers Paul Bliss, Stephen Allocca, Alexander Gavilan, Kevin Short, Endora Shropshire, and John Toscano. A group of police officers brutally beat and tased the plaintiff once he was already restrained and compliant. As a result, the plaintiff suffered a broken nose, taser burns, and multiple lacerations requiring stitches.
