Description: On April 20, 2020, the Plaintiff, Jason Lean was lawfully present at or about the sidewalk on St. Mary's Street in the County of Bronx, when he was brutally assaulted and battered by Defendants officers John Fennell, and John Does. Defendants officers kicked Plaintiff's legs out of under him, pushed him to the ground, causing Plaintiff to lose consciousness, and forcefully placed him in handcuffs. Due to injuries inflicted by the Defendants officers, Plaintiff had to be transported to Lincoln hospital for emergency medical treatment.
